In most cases the customer is the data controller and Fraus is the processor, acting only on the customer’s documented instructions.
Customer data is stored on servers in the UAE or the GCC.

Includes:
Same platform and the same controls
Vetted subprocessors only
Cross-border transfer assessment on request
The platform and all customer data run inside your own infrastructure.

01
Name, work email, department, role, manager, location and preferred language (Arabic or English), synced from your directory to create accounts, target simulations, assign training and group results.
02
Whether a simulated email was opened, a link clicked, a QR code scanned, data entered or the email reported, plus timestamp, device type and browser. Generated by Whitebait, Graybait and Blackbait, with templates from Dolus AI Studio. Mail logs are deleted after 12 weeks.
04
Risk scores, grades and trends calculated by Odin, behavioral indicators such as which types of lure an employee tends to fall for, and security signals only from the integrations you enable. Used solely to deliver the service to you.
05
AI agents in Odin choose simulations, assign training and recommend or take follow-up actions. Every action is logged and visible to your administrators. You set the mode: off, supervised with approval, or unsupervised. Higher-stakes actions always need approval.
06
Administrator activity is recorded in an audit log. Server logs are kept for 12 weeks to 12 months for technical and security purposes. Enterprise single sign-on means Fraus never stores employee passwords.
Fraus processes personal data in line with UAE data protection law and recognized international standards.

For customers established in Abu Dhabi Global Market.
ISO/IEC 27001

UAE Information Assurance Regulation
Controls aligned with the UAE IA Regulation. Compliance evidence is available on request.
NIST Cybersecurity Framework
Identify, protect, detect, respond and recover: the structure behind our security program.
Data protection is considered from the first design stage of every feature.
What every feature ships with, before a customer changes a single setting.
How it works:
Data minimization: we collect only what each feature needs
Purpose limitation: processing stays within this page and the DPA
New features ship with the most privacy-protective settings switched on
Optional data, such as extra directory attributes or security signals, only when you opt in
Leadership reports can be shown in aggregate, without naming individuals
Everyone at Fraus who may handle customer data is bound by confidentiality, trained regularly and given access only where their role requires it
We use subprocessors, including AI model providers, only when they offer a better or safer solution than we can build ourselves, and only after a legal and security review.
Our rules:
Providers that process data in the UAE or the GCC are preferred
Every subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement at least as strict as ours
Customer data is never used to train AI models shared with other customers
A current subprocessor list, including AI providers and processing locations, is available on request
ISO/IEC 27001 · UAE IA · DIN 66399
Technical and organizational measures aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and the UAE Information Assurance Regulation: access control, encryption, logging and monitoring, separation of customer data, incident response and business continuity. Personal data is deleted at the end of its retention period in line with DIN 66399. Details are in our Security and Trust Whitepaper, available on request.
Documented Incident Response
If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting customer data, we inform the affected customer within 36 to 48 hours, with the information needed to meet obligations to regulators such as the UAE Data Office, the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection or the ADGM Office of Data Protection.
Access · Correction · Deletion · Objection
Employees can access, correct and request deletion of their personal data, and object to certain processing. Where Fraus is the processor, we forward requests to the customer and help them respond. Where Fraus is the controller, our Data Protection Officer handles them within the time the applicable law requires.
